Global Goals World Cup

Global Goals World Cup is a nonprofit association committed to closing the Play Gap, advancing gender equality and the UN Global Goals.

This 19th – 21st of August The GGWCUP Denmark is taking place in Havnepladsen, Aarhus. The GGWCUP is five-aside football tournament for all women teams creating impact locally and globally. Every team must show commitment to one of the 17 Global Goals. Do you want to work toward empowering women financially? Or ar you more interested in working toward the goal of peace, justice and strong institutions?

In other words, the GGWCUP is a global movement of women supporting each other to break down barriers and lead local sustainable development.

We would like to make a call to action asking all the locals passing by:

The 20st-21st of August we are facilitating a talk about Sport and Reuse and making an interactive art exhibition of sportswear at our main venue, Havnepladsen. You are more than welcome to swing by for joinging the talk and seeing the interactive art exhibition.
